Once your order and artwork is received we will set up an artwork proof for each item ordered. We will email the artwork proof for your review. We will not begin production of your order until we have your final approval of the artwork proof.

All of our glass and crystal engraved products use the deep-etch process known as sand carving. We require high resolution solid black and white artwork. Gray scale, color, or halftone images cannot be reproduced.
What if I don't have the right kind of artwork file?
No problem! Just send us what you do have and if it is not suitable for engraving our graphics department can create the proper type of artwork from almost any low resolution image. A fee of $20.00 per image applies for this service.
What should my artwork look like?
Shown below are examples of acceptable and unacceptable files. It may help you to print your artwork and compare your image with the following examples.
